A customized sports massage that includes several techniques including, but not limited to, Deep Tissue, Swedish, Thai, Ortho-Bionomy and stretching.

Plantar fasciitis to help reduce the tension in the plantar fascia caused by the overuse and/or breakdown of the fascia (tissue between the skin and the muscle)

Swedish/Relaxation Massage

A massage designed and tailored to each individual.  Swedish massage focuses on relaxation and has a beautiful flow.  Each massage is tailored to each individual's needs. 

1 hour: $65   80 minutes: $90

Personal Fitness Training

A customized workout plan focused on meeting your individual goals as well as your interests:  weight loss, performance enhancement (gain in speed for running, weight lifting/mass gains, etc.), injury prevention (based on previous injury analysis/kinetic chain analysis/corrective strategies)   $65 per session

Nutritional Analysis

Detailed analysis based upon a 3 day journal of eating and activity.  The analysis gives the answer to what the body may be lacking or may be receiving too much of.  Recommendations are given to the client based upon the outcome.    $100

Pantry clean up

Sometimes we don't realize what is keeping us from losing weight.  Even the kids' snacks can be detrimental not only to us, but also to our families.  Learn how to look at labels and resist picking up the unhealthy choices.  There are always replacements that are healthier, natural and better tasting.  Education about our bodies begins with us and resonates to our children.     $100  (includes refrigerator)
